To add context here, it's apparently ok when Trump used his office to invesitage Biden (which led to impeachment) however when Merrick Garland does it it's an "insurrection". The only insurrection in recent history was on January 6th, instigated by former President Trump https://www.cato.org/commentary/yes-it-was-attempted-coup
