As per pt. 45 of this UK ruling: https://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWCA/Civ/2021/2781.pdf, Malik Riaz was ordered to pay a Rs 460B fine in the Bahria Town case as part of his NCA settlement. The agreement itself caused the money to be directed to Pakistan’s Supreme Court, not a secret deal with the govt.
