CN not needed, OP mentions 60 days - newsom speaks of 1 year. Obviously 1 year of cancellation protection over 60 is superior. Besides speculation on whether he's done anything "new" should be kept to the comments not a CN where *inaccuracies* are supposed to be clarified.
