The contempt case mentioned in the video that was referred to the (Conservative) attorney general was a different case back in 2018: https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-45951152 It is unrelated to the case that just landed Tommy in jail, which was NOT referred to the attorney general: https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c704eedkqkvo
