Xのプロモ広告のターゲティングは、国や地域と共に言語も指定します。日本での広告配信の大半は「地域：日本、言語：日本語」をターゲットに配信されています。しかし、例えば英国で日本人がXを見た場合「地域：英国、言語：日本語」になります。このようなターゲティングをしている広告はほとんど無いため、エロ広告を含む広告がほぼ出ない状況になります。 より細かい興味関心や投稿内容、フォロー先などの詳細ターゲットを指定しての配信も可能ですが、絞り込み過ぎると配信ボリュームが減り消化効率が悪いため、性別や年齢すら全く絞り込まない広告代理店も多いです。 X広告媒体資料 https://business.x.com/ja/help/overview/what-are-promoted-ads
