This lawsuit is referencing Coinbase's listing of PEPE (@pepecoineth, created in 2023), while at the same time referencing the website of the original Pepecoin (@pepecoins, created in 2016), pepecoin.io They are two different projects. Coinbase currently only lists the newer PEPE.
