Enoch Burke is in jail for refusing to obey a court order. When he was released in summer 24 he broke the court order again and refused to stop hence he was returned to prison. He could leave prison at any time if he agreed to abide by the court order. https://www.reuters.com/fact-check/irish-teacher-jailed-third-time-breaching-court-order-2024-09-16/#:~:text=Sept%2016%20%2D%20Irish%20teacher%20Enoch,in%20misleading%20social%20media%20posts https://www.rte.ie/news/courts/2024/0902/1467958-enoch-burke/
