Birdwatch Note

A majority in all branches isn't enough to amend the Constitution. An amendment needs to be proposed by 2/3 of Congress, then 3/4 of the states (38 of 50) need to ratify it. It could also be proposed by 2/3 of the states (34 of 50), but that has never happened in history. https://www.archives.gov/federal-register/constitution

Tweet embedding is no longer reliably available, due to the platform's instability (in terms of both technology and policy). If the Tweet still exists, you can view it here: https://twitter.com/foo_bar/status/1854891009626251696

Please note, though, that you may need to have your own Twitter account to access that page. I am currently exploring options for archiving Tweet data in a post-API context.
