Birdwatch Note

2024-10-29 18:18:30 UTC - NOT_MISLEADING

NNN - Person attempting to add a note is abusing CN for political gain. Nowhere in the amendment language does it state that it “allows” smoking in public. Smoking in public in Florida is already outlawed in most jurisdictions, which would also apply if Amendment 3 passes. https://www.wesh.com/article/smoke-weed-anywhere-florida-amendment-3-cannabis-passes/62741100 https://tobaccofreeflorida.com/current-issues/clean-air-act/#:~:text=Because%20of%20that%20amendment%2C%20Florida,being%20exposed%20to%20secondhand%20smoke.

Tweet embedding is no longer reliably available, due to the platform's instability (in terms of both technology and policy). If the Tweet still exists, you can view it here: https://twitter.com/foo_bar/status/1850245780306858227

Please note, though, that you may need to have your own Twitter account to access that page. I am currently exploring options for archiving Tweet data in a post-API context.
