Regarding the above link, as already reported its a 404. https://www.fema.gov/disaster/current/hurricane-helene/rumor-responseAnd Why? Simple; it refers exclusively ]to the period of Hurricane-'H', not of the current 'M'. I suspect its been take down as developments leave it on the side of the road.
