This is correct Gers doesn't provide Independence figures. This is even stated by the GERS in first few pages. https://www.gov.scot/publications/government-expenditure-revenue-scotland-gers-2023-24/pages/2/ For actuals, should look up Quarterly national accounts Scotland, also stated by GERS.
