Enligt förslaget ser man att om genomsnittspriset på el skulle ligga på 67 öre isf 80 öre per kWh, så skulle skatten bli 1.68 öre per kWh. Jämför det med nuvarande skatt på ca 50 öre per kWh så är det inte mycket.
