Falcon 9 is an orbital class rocket. Quoted from the same page as the screenshot "Falcon 9 is the world’s first orbital class reusable rocket." https://www.spacex.com/vehicles/falcon-9/ Skeptic may be confusing the first stage which reaches space but not orbital with the whole vehicle which does.
