Thinking that blind people *need* to know the color/ethnicity of someone in order to understand what they are saying is extremely racist. Therefore, the "missing context" is completely irrelevant, as the point is that this is weird/racist, which it is. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racism
