Birdwatch Note

2024-02-22 17:27:24 UTC - MISINFORMED_OR_POTENTIALLY_MISLEADING

The outage is unrelated to the solar flares last night, the R1-R3 radio blackout (which really only affects HF radio and GPS) ended at 0740z (1:40am Central) and solar activity has been quiet since. The slide she shows even clearly states it only affects HF radio. https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/products/goes-x-ray-flux https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/noaa-scales-explanation

Tweet embedding is no longer reliably available, due to the platform's instability (in terms of both technology and policy). If the Tweet still exists, you can view it here: https://twitter.com/foo_bar/status/1760664415274234121

Please note, though, that you may need to have your own Twitter account to access that page. I am currently exploring options for archiving Tweet data in a post-API context.
