This is most likely just a programmable ev1527 compatible remote, as they're commonly used for garage doors (https://ripplesecurity.com.au/blogs/news/ev1527-and-ask-explained-simple) It may work for garages but not for cars since they use a rolling code https://harryli0088.github.io/rolling-code/ instead of a fixed code. Modern cars need much more sophisticated hardware for s Replay attack
