Note is incorrect. The proxy graph is incorrectly calibrated to local Greenland temperature, however isotopes ratios do not represent local temperature. Isotope ratios are determined by ocean temperatures & precipitation between source & sample location, not local conditions. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/how-are-past-temperatures/
