This is correct. From all the footage that has been released, none of it proves that Hamas unambiguously "gunned down" civilians as Israel claimed. If true, then we would've expected to see clear footage, but as of now it is an unjustfied claim. Separate entities must verify. https://www.hamas-massacre.net/
