While there's been evidence of White Phosphorus (WP) use in this conflict, this is likely not such a case 1.) There's no flames/burning present. WP smoke is white. 2) WP burns at 815 Degrees Celsius. The civilians would not have been able to extinguish a WP munition. https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-sheets/detail/white-phosphorus#:~:text=Burning%20phosphorus%20produces%20dense%2C%20white,smokescreen%20and%20as%20an%20incendiary. https://www.hrw.org/news/2023/10/12/israel-white-phosphorus-used-gaza-lebanon https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/ershdb/emergencyresponsecard_29750025.html

Tweet embedding is no longer reliably available, due to the platform's instability (in terms of both technology and policy). If the Tweet still exists, you can view it here: https://twitter.com/foo_bar/status/1719978425438568634

Please note, though, that you may need to have your own Twitter account to access that page. I am currently exploring options for archiving Tweet data in a post-API context.
