提案されている他のノートの通り、円借款が貸付であることは事実ですが、焦げ付いて債務免除となる可能性があることや、財源（財政投融資ですが、実質は他の円借款の返済金）を、円借款ではなく、国内向けの政策融資にも振り向け可能なことを考えれば、ばら撒きかどうかは主観的表現に左右されざるを得ません。 またこのお金を消費税分に振り向ければ消費税減税をしても当分の少子化対策の財源は確保可能との主張は成り立ちうる(持続可能性等の批判はありうるにせよ)ので、誤解を招く投稿とまでは言い切れません。
