You actually CAN give a fake phone number as seen in this video https://x.com/scrunklyjobs/status/1705478725129891908?s=46 To do this all you have to do is enter Contacts>My Card>Phone Number and change it to a fake one and when a stranger asks you to namedrop your phone number the one you will give is going to be the fake one
