There is no such thing as a Lightning Tornado. This is simply a long exposure of individual strikes of lightning that can be generated in the plume of dust / clouds emitted by volcanoes. Same process as normal lightning, static electricity. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volcanic_lightning
