Como el propio artículo citado indica se trata de una red de trata de personas con falsas gestaciones subrogadas. No había gestación subrogada sino que las gestantes tenían a sus propios hijos y luego se hacía una falsa adopción. En ningún caso se trata de gestación subrogada.
