根拠のないデマです 計算方法や計算に使用したデータの出典が無く，エクセル上で適当な関数を組み合わせれば容易に捏造できるため信用すべき理由が見当たりません 地震の規模や場所も不明です．これは以下の文献１）にあるデマの特徴の一つで，日本は地震が多い²⁾ので，規模や場所を指定しなければいくらでも当たったことにできるというトリックです 1）http://www.scc.u-tokai.ac.jp/iord/bulletin/files_for_bulletin/010-017_40Orihara.pdf 2）https://www.jma.go.jp/jma/kishou/know/faq/faq7.html#9 同様に根拠なく100%地震が起きるとしたこともありますが，実際には何もありませんでした．根拠が無いデタラメなので当然ですが，まぐれ当たり以上の実績はありません https://twitter.com/earthquakejapan/status/1598359845446352896
