I have read the speach made by Vigano. I can not see in his speach where he violated the Twitter terms. Unless it was his direct mention or the WEF and his concern for their movement. Even then, I can't see a violation. It has to be another reason he was deplatformed. ussanews.com/2023/07/15/arc…
