Valve Software didn't shut down Team Fortress 2's servers as seen in their Twitter profile (https://twitter.com/valvesoftware?t=zX23QKy8R06W_hdDPOxmVg&s=09), the image shown has been manipulated as seen from the discoloration, the only thing Valve shutdown recently was the console's old-gen servers (PS3 and Xbox 360).
