It is untrue to say that Boris Johnson will receive £200k per annum. Former Prime Ministers are enrolled in the Ministerial Pension Scheme and the MP’s Pension Scheme. This entitles them to a pension when they retire. The value is based on the members’ a contribution. https://fullfact.org/economy/liz-truss-public-duty-cost-allowance/ https://www.mypcpfpension.co.uk/cdn/guides/HOP_Ministerial_member_guide-CARE.pdf https://researchbriefings.files.parliament.uk/documents/SN04586/SN04586.pdf
