Birdwatch Note

2023-06-16 05:48:06 UTC - MISINFORMED_OR_POTENTIALLY_MISLEADING

This is not the Moho. It is an intrusive rock (white) emplaced within green rocks. The Moho transition zone occurs at tens to hundreds of meters scale, and it cannot be seen on a single outcrop. The Moho is normally at 7-90 km depth and it is locally exposed by tectonics. https://academic.oup.com/petrology/article-abstract/36/3/777/1491264

Tweet embedding is no longer reliably available, due to the platform's instability (in terms of both technology and policy). If the Tweet still exists, you can view it here: https://twitter.com/foo_bar/status/1529843961233387521

Please note, though, that you may need to have your own Twitter account to access that page. I am currently exploring options for archiving Tweet data in a post-API context.
