This claim is false. While some states currently have abortion bans and restrictions in place, no federal ban on abortion exists, neither has Trump ever introduced one, or tried to. https://reproductiverights.org/maps/abortion-laws-by-state/ Obviously, women can't die because of abortion bans that don't exist to begin with.
