A simple google image search shows that this is the Rays baseball field (Tropicana Field) where cots were set up to aid relief efforts: https://www.instagram.com/yakuzagreg/p/DAy4Xzny-MC/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tropicana_Field The original post is therefore correct. Also, it never said the cots were intended for shelter.
