The graph is misleading. While China is increasing higher than others, the base starts from a different point. https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/cumulative-co-emissions?time=2000..latest Eg. If the base from on country is 10 and the other is 1, an increase of 10% on the first compared to a increase of 200% on the second is unfair.
