Original Note:
The study is not a CDC study. Also, the calculation the authors used stacks the deck in favor of more clots because it fails to separate COVID infections, which raise clot risk. Multiple studies show getting vaccinated decreases clot risk. https://www.factcheck.org/2022/09/scicheck-covid-19-vaccine-opponents-misrepresent-cdc-webcast-on-causes-of-blood-clots/ https://www.factcheck.org/2024/02/study-largely-confirms-known-rare-covid-19-vaccine-side-effects/ https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/safety/safety-of-vaccines.html https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/safety/adverse-events.html https://www.reuters.com/article/fact-check/there-is-no-evidence-that-mrna-vaccines-are-linked-to-blood-clots-idUSL1N2PY1K2/ BIAS: https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/news-punch/
