Posting an explicit picture without permission is a crime. https://www.cps.gov.uk/cps/news/illegal-sexual-behaviour-online-including-sharing-and-threatening-share-intimate-images#:~:text=For%20the%20first%20time%20it,cause%20the%20victim%20any%20harm. Presumably he will be charged with this and not be charge for taking the photo because he didn’t.
