The Labour party, whilst Wes was an MP, was found to have broken the law over serious failings in it's approach to anti-Jewish racism. https://www.politicshome.com/news/article/labour-ehrc-report-antisemitism The Labour party and the BNP are the only two UK parties to have ever been investigated for racism.
