This picture is old, curculating since at least 2021. Allegedly it shows ex-USS Ingraham, destroyed as part of military exercise. https://www.naval.com.br/blog/2021/08/25/video-afundamento-da-ex-uss-ingraham-em-exercicio-de-tiro-real-no-pacifico/ USS Liberty was the name of several US ships since 1775, the last one of them was sunk in 1967.
