False It is possible to sue a manufacturer for 'side effects' but you have to go through VICP first. https://www.findlaw.com/litigation/filing-a-lawsuit/can-i-sue-a-vaccine-manufacturer-.html It is easier if you can show 'manufacturing defects' as that is not covered by indemnity.
