Voters can switch parties during the primaries as long as it is done by October 6, 2023, and since there isn’t a need to vote in a nonexistent democrat primary voters can switch to republican for this vote. https://www.doj.nh.gov/news/2023/20230918-deadline-party-affiliation-primary.htm NNN on original post.
