Original Note:
Many banks in Australia now include similar terms regarding closing a person's bank account if it deems they've caused "mental harm" to another person. They don't specify how they might determine mental harm or where this might occur, it could be on social media. https://www.nab.com.au/content/dam/nabrwd/documents/guides/banking/personal-transaction-and-savings-products-terms-and-conditions-changes.pdf https://www.bankwest.com.au/content/dam/bankwest/documents/legal-library/PDS_20040121-154653.pdf https://www.bankofmelbourne.com.au/content/dam/bom/downloads/internet_banking/InternetPhoneTerms.pdf https://www.bendigobank.com.au/globalassets/documents/disclosures/bendigo-personal-accounts-and-facilities.pdf https://www.hsbc.com.au/content/dam/hsbc/au/docs/help/unreasonable-behaviour-policy.pdf https://mystate.com.au/wp-content/uploads/terms.pdf https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12377955/NAB-Comm-Bank-ANZ-ANZ-introduce-new-transfer-restrictions-control-money-cashless-branches-rolls-on.html
