Currently, you can't sue COVID vaccine manufacturers for damages. So far, Steve Kirsch's phone call with a doctor & professor hasn't changed that. Vaccines are covered by the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) & the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP). https://www.hrsa.gov/vaccine-compensation
