The tool shown in the video is a Torque wrench, which is a tool for bringing bolts to a very precise level of tightness. Going too tight can reduce the effectiveness of the seals being clamped and therefore using a right size tool for the job is critical, despite appearances. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torque_wrench
