This is a currently a bug within MacOS, users using these versions got a notification warning them about the false output, the webcam is not being used. Furthermore if the webcam gets used by anything on the computer the light next to the webcam always turns on. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211148#:~:text=The%20FaceTime%20HD%20camera%20built,indicator%20light%20also%20turning%20on.
