This image was released by the Soviet Union, from the Venera missions, which landed on Venus. https://www.planetary.org/articles/every-picture-from-venus-surface-ever The terrain visible is noticeably different from that of Mars landing sites. https://themis.asu.edu/maps There is ample, irrefutable proof that the Mars and Venus landings by the US and USSR occurred.
