Original Note:
Most states allow mail-in voting. It typically takes several days after an election for all mail-in votes to arrive and be counted. This is normal & does not denote fraud. Some states have mandatory runoffs, like Georgia, if a candidate does not reach 50% of the vote. https://www.factcheck.org/2022/11/counting-mail-in-ballots-delays-results-but-doesnt-denote-fraud/ https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2022/11/08/timing-election-results-2022/ https://www.brookings.edu/blog/fixgov/2022/11/07/why-we-wont-know-much-on-election-night/ https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/race-georgias-senate-seat-headed-runoff-works/story?id=92987392
