NYC's own dashboard warns about recent data lag (https://www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/covid/covid-19-data.page#aboutthedata). 7-day averages are much more reliable. Also, the 90% rate is incorrect. 88.5% of adults and 76.5% of all residents have at least one dose (https://www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/covid/covid-19-data-vaccines.page#people).
